To operate a unified communication service network between USA and Kenya GeoNet has a subsidiary company in Kenya called GeoNet Communications Limited (www.geonetkenya.com) that is fully licensed by the Kenyan Government as a Tier Two Telecom with International Gateway Services License.

GeoNet is an FCC-214 licensed telco in the USA.
