We publishes information from rate provided by our partner carriers. Destination rates may change without notice. The rate change may affect duration of the call per card.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen phone cards. Please always print a copy of your phone card pin numbers for reference.

Cards are not activated immediately after purchase. We activate them after payments successively processed. If you need to expedite this process, call the customer services between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
